Ama Dablam is a 6,814-metre peak in Nepal’s Mahalangur Himal–Khumbu section of the Himalaya. Its first successful ascent was made on 13 March 1961 by Mike Gill, Barry Bishop, Mike Ward, and Wally Romanes via the Southwest Ridge (normal route).
